Pestokill are looking for a new addition to their key account team, which is a senior role in the business as the team are responsible for all customers.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Key Account Manager will be in charge of the company’s relationships with its key clients. The Key Account manager will manage a number of accounts and will be responsible for managing the needs of the customers while building long-term effective working relationships with the clients. The Key Account Manager will be identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within their clients to grow the revenue and increase profitability. They will work within in a small team of five and will work closely with the key account support team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner
  • Meet deadlines from the client/company, alongside remaining workload#
  • Manage multiple accounts and be responsible for all aspects of the accounts
  • Deal with complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure charges are added and cleared in a timely manner
  • Attend/complete meetings, reviews etc via conference call/video or in person
  • Have regular contact with assigned clients
  • Work closely with all teams within pestokill central operations to ensure the needs of the clients are been met and voiced.
  • Identifies sales opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Work to set KPIs to increase revenue on accounts by quoting for pest treatments, proofing and contracts. Also, to bring in new business through contacts.
