As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships while ensuring excellence in commercial execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive sustainable growth, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to strong business performance across the Imagine Guided Therapy and Precision Diagnosis portfolio. Your role Strategic Account Partnership – Build long-term customer relationships, align account plans with portfolio strategy, and drive value creation. Cross-Functional Coordination – Orchestrate Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a unified customer experience. Commercial Process Leadership – Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance reporting, and margin realization with strong governance. Operational Excellence – Apply Lean/continuous improvement to simplify processes, enhance visibility, and improve execution quality. Market & Segment Support – Execute trade promotions, distribution expansion, and funnel hygiene across Personal Health and Health Systems. Insights & Risk Management – Provide data-driven recommendations, monitor sales/margin outcomes, and manage operational risks (credit, supply, delivery). You’re the right fit if Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Partner Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, or similar roles. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in the medical devices or healthcare market is preferred. Strong analytical capabilities and operational management skills. Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building abilities. Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.
