Job Description The LARGE FARM KAM is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasing loyal customer base of farm feed and animal health products for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation through active selling, conducts technical training activities and establishing relationship with industry stakeholders, farm owners and potential customer. The position will be the company's technical and sales resource person in subjects pertaining to the industry, involved in gaining and sharing knowledge to the Sales Team, distributors and other entities. The LARGE FARM KAM is in-charge of growing market share for all large farms within a specified region. Qualifications Education: BS degree preferably in Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Nutrition Experience: Preferably with at least one (3) Years work experience in selling/marketing animal feeds and/or veterinary products License/s: A licensed DVM is a preference Other Requirements: Good Communication skills Good Interpersonal Skills Planning, Leading, Organizing and controlling skills Good Judgement Skills Detail-oriented with good organizing and coordination skills Driving Skills Additional Information Area of Assignment: Mindanao
