About the role: * Responsible for maintaining relationships with JD platform, and distributor, devising personalized development plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sustained business growth. * Achieve annual sales performance targets, meeting individual performance indicators in the business sector. * Effectively plan and manage expense budgets, responsible for expense reconciliation, verification, and contract execution management for distributors. * Strictly enforce company sales policies and pricing systems, and devise and execute promotional and marketing activities. * Familiar with JD platform operational rules and models, follow platform rule changes, adjust operational strategies promptly, and guide distributors in store operations, traffic optimization, and activity submissions. * Maintain close communication with JD platform operations specialists, category operations, and marketing teams to secure platform resource positions and activity submission qualifications, enhancing store traffic and conversion rates. * Gain in-depth understanding of category consumer needs and market trends, integrating with brand strategy to devise innovative marketing plans. * Conduct sales data analysis, create reports, report key performance indicators, and suggest improvements. * Provide excellent customer service, establish close cooperative relationships, enhance customer loyalty and brand influence. * Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce channel sales or customer management, preferably with JD platform management experience or experience in FMCG, beauty, maternal and child, or health products industries. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, with strong data analysis capabilities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to independently handle complex business issues. * Strong market insight and innovative thinking, able to respond quickly to market changes. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while possessing a strong team collaboration spirit. * Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, with excellent customer management and execution capabilities.
