ABOUT US:

At Aqua Cure we pride ourselves on our commitment to provide complete client satisfaction, and our determination to supply the most comprehensive range of water treatment systems and components available. Our products range from domestic water filters to purpose designed and engineered treatment plants.
The successful candidate will work alongside the sector sales manager to retain and generate new business and profitable sales from a defined client list for the POU & Vending sector in the B2B team within Aqua Cure group of companies. You will be focusing on managing the existing customer base with the aim of maximizing overall performance of this business area.
This role will based out of head office of Aqua Cure Ltd here in Burscough.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining existing relationships with customers by being the first point of contact for any problems or questions that may arise from our account holders.
  • Owning all Specification touch points during any project and feeding back accurate data into the project tracking system (CRM).
  • Escalating critical issues through the appropriate channels to ensure effective resolution to retain business i.e. Customer Complaints.
  • Offering wider Aqua Cure group products and services to existing customers where applicable, to grow revenue lines.
  • Delivering product and technical training to key account contacts.
  • Managing new opportunities from existing clients through the company pipeline.
  • Providing detailed updates on revenue lines and pipeline both remotely and in person when requested.
  • Remaining organised and diligent in logging information to ensure the pipeline of activity in the channels can be tracked and monitored internally.
  • Working within the wider Aqua Cure team to drive success to all channels.
  • Remaining target driven and accountable with a proven history of delivery.
