Summary: A Key Account Manager at MIDEA is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts. They act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, developing tailored solutions that drive profitability, strengthen market presence, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, the KAM delivers integrated strategies to achieve MIDEA’s business objectives and sustain competitive advantage in the market Responsibilities & Objectives Manage and strengthen the commercial relationship with Home Appliance as a key strategic account Lead and track forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and ensure alignment with business targets Monitor and optimize inventory levels and product catalog within the account Plan and execute promotional strategies, pricing, and commercial initiatives Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, product) Monitor account performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize profitability Experience & Background +5 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management or related roles Mandatory: Experience managing Room Air Conditioner account (minimum 1 year) Strong experience within department store / retail channel Proven experience managing sell-in, sell-out, forecast, and inventory Experience in electronics, home appliances, or related industries is a plus Degree and Language Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Basic English (required) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint What we offer Comprehensive benefits Work Life balance Midea Andes Region is an equal opportunity employer.
