Are you a highly driven sales professional ready to strategically drive growth and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities? I am currently partnering with an industry leader to find a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team.

About the Role: The primary objective of this position is to drive territory growth and demand creation sales performance targeting Tier 1 businesses and their subcontractors. You will be tasked with executing specific end-user targets and growth plans, focusing on project tracking and winning larger bodies of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-user sales calls and demonstrations to drive sales through distribution partners.
• Expand margins via directional selling and execute priority focus on specific trades and applications.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and opportunity stock.
• Drive individual leadership behavioral standards and collaborate across departments to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Model team capabilities and act as the territory champion for the organization's golden rules.
• Adopt and utilize required technology platforms, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal business networks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Have relationships/knowledge across key industries including Mining and Construction
• Proven experience in project tracking of larger projects and the ability to build relationships across multiple interwoven businesses
• Can make a range of recommendations across multiple products depending on trade and application requirements.
• Can safely and proficiently demonstrate the use of products across many applications to colleagues, customers, and end-users.
• Can influence stakeholders and handle objections with adept knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and trends.

You will be joining a good sized local team who all pull together, sharing leads and opportunities. They have consistently over-achieved on budgets and offer products across a wide range of applications.
