About Us:
We’re a fast-growing brand in the CPG Industry space, looking for a creative, results-
driven Key Account Manager to help sell our story, grow our audience, and drive sales.
This role blends account management, customer relationship management, and sales
processes to ensure product awareness and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage relationships with Regional and National retail partners
across North America in the Health and Wellness and Organic space
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales forecasts are achieved
Achieve new listings with existing and new retail partners
Work in collaboration with our broker partners to track, measure, and monitor
sales opportunities and maximize the opportunities
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and time management abilities.
Manage ROI and accurately forecast monthly and Quarterly sales volumes
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to develop
effective marketing and promotional plans.
Attend trade shows as needed
Attend store openings to support in-store sampling and drive trial and awareness
Qualifications:
3+ plus years of managing key accounts in the CPG space, preferably in the
Organic or Wellness space
Strong relationship management
Proficient with Microsoft office
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment.
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
