Act as the main point of contact, addressing customers’ individual needs promptly. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers. Report on the status of accounts and transactions. Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales metrics such as quarterly results and annual forecasts. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Meet revenue, profitability, and overdue budget targets. Provide data for annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in targeted segments. Collaborate with the business development team to foster new business initiatives. Improve market share across all product lines. Conduct regular meetings regarding sales, collections, stocks, and business development. Requirements Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline. 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial coatings, paints, or project sales. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluent in English. Proficient computer skills including CRM systems.
