Description

To pursue our strong growth in Northern Europe, Bridor is looking for its future Key Account Manager Retail (M/W) located in Netherlands. As Key Account Manager in an area with strong development potential, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy with your customer portfolio for the Retail network in line with Bridor’s sales and marketing policy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design the sales strategy for your network
  • Negotiate annual agreements
  • Develop sales, unit sales and account profitability
  • Prospect new accounts
  • Manage, coordinate and supervise customer accounts with the support of key departments (logistics, finance, quality, etc.)
  • Develop the current product range and propose new items according to each customer’s needs
  • Participate in trade shows and events

With a higher education background, you have at least five years’ experience in sales and negotiation with key accounts within a company in the food or beverage sector.
You have proven experience as a negotiator, bringing added value to the implementation and optimization of commercial agreements.
Autonomous, rigorous and organized, you will develop projects and implement your ideas within a renowned international company.
You are fluent in Dutch, English and ideally French.
You will work from home, with occasional travel in the region and to the company’s headquarters in France.
