About the role This role is all about elevating Penfolds’ presence across key retail banner groups, with a strong focus on shaping strategy and execution across the wider retail landscape, driving sustainable growth while representing one of the world’s most iconic luxury wine brands. You’ll lead strategic partnerships, unlock commercial opportunities, and ensure Penfolds shines in-store and in-market. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. Develop and execute growth plans aligned to Penfolds’ strategic priorities Lead Joint Business Planning to drive distribution, trade-up and in-store excellence Sell and negotiate with key retail groups to deliver profitable, sustainable growth Build influential customer relationships and share insights to inform decisions Champion the Penfolds brand through exceptional execution, advocacy and events About you You’re a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in complex retail environments and knows how to build influential, long-term partnerships. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, category knowledge and a genuine passion for wine, with the credibility to represent a luxury brand in market.
