Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will: Drive Commercial Success: Maintain deep knowledge of the market, competitors, and customer needs to shape and prioritise sales strategies. Shape Value Propositions: Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to define compelling value propositions for different customer segments. Leverage Field Insights: Share market intelligence and feedback to help design impactful commercial programs. Manage Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with high-value accounts, including GPOs, Tier 1 hospitals, and central purchasing organisations, influencing both clinical and economic decision-makers. Create Innovative Deals: Develop and negotiate commercial agreements that cover the full product portfolio, value-added services, and tailored pricing. Integrate New Solutions: Seamlessly introduce new products and services into existing customer agreements. Engage Senior Stakeholders: Educate and partner with economic buyers and senior non-clinical stakeholders, focusing on financial and reimbursement strategies. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, clinical, and strategic account teams to harmonise account strategies and co-develop business plans. Deliver Business Insights: Partner with Sales Operations to analyse data, identify opportunities, and report on performance. Champion CRM Excellence: Record and share customer information in the company's CRM system to align with other commercial roles. A degree qualification within a relevant medical, nursing, or biomedical science subject. Industry experience (approximately 5+ years) of medical device sales, preferably within EP or CRM, or alternatively with other cardiovascular devices. Experience of commercial sales with clinical and non-clinical NHS stakeholders. Passion for sales and a commercial focus. Strong communication skills. Problem solver and comfortable adapting to a dynamic marketplace. Strong team player, collaborative, and can build relationships and work cross-functionally. Self-motivated and can influence others. Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent. Comfortable working in a remote field-based role. Comfortable traveling approximately 50-60% to cover the North of England.
