What you will be doing

If you enjoy proactive sales and some management of larger customers in the B2B market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Major Account team in Oslo who wants to be part of our ambition. You will be an important contributor in strengthening our position by acquiring new customers and managing some existing ones. The job involves selling technology that solves real challenges for businesses, making the workplace more efficient and digital. To ensure your success, you will receive full support from our sales specialists in various service areas, including IT, Meeting Room Solutions, Print/MFP, Lockers, Zebra, Ricoh Spaces, and SW solutions. We are looking for someone who can also create growth in the meeting room market with deliveries from all the major suppliers in the market.
We expect:
In your role as KAM, you will be responsible for driving the sales process. This means you must understand the customer and engage in needs assessment, solution presentation, and closing deals with both existing and potential new customers from the first contact. Your tasks will also include having an advisory role to develop the customer portfolio with new service areas to create added value for both the customer and Ricoh. The tasks include both short and long sales cycles, and it is important that you act proactively towards the market. To support you, we have a team of specialists available in your dialogue with the customer. We want energetic and motivating colleagues with good attitudes. If you also have the ability to build positive relationships and team spirit across the organization, we are well on our way. Since your colleagues work hard to ensure everyone’s success, we expect the same from you. This means you have a strong work ethic and execution ability.
What do we expect from you?
Higher education in IT, economics, or marketing• Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written• Experience with using MS Office/M365• Experience with B2B sales to large customers, preferably from the IT or technology/AV industry• Structured, with good work capacity and a high activity level• Competitive spirit and joy• Driver’s license and own car
