Royal Caribbean is seeking a commercially savvy and results-driven individual to join our Sydney office as a Key Account Manager within the Digital Sales team If you are a talented professional ready to own of the strategy and performance for online partnerships with some of the most exciting brands in travel we want to hear from you
In this role you will manage critical relationships with digital travel partners that are central to the success of the Australia and New Zealand market You will own the end-to-end sales process leveraging tools and insights to enhance strategies and drive growth through innovative data-driven opportunities This is a dynamic role that provides hands-on exposure to commercial challenges and opportunities and decision-making across all facets of a leading S&P 500 company You will make a meaningful impact while advancing your career within a fast-paced innovative industry

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • 3+ years in sales business development consulting or marketing Travel industry experience is highly regarded or experience in an industry with B2B distribution channels or account management

    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce business marketing tourism or a related field is preferred

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust influence stakeholders and foster relationships at all levels

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable opportunities and strategies Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus

    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex commercial challenges

    • Proactive driven by curiosity and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment
Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of key digital partnerships leveraging insights to develop strategies and execute revenue-generating initiatives

    • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends evaluate sales performance and uncover actionable insights

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

    • Oversee and manage sales processes including budgets reporting co-operative marketing campaigns and client events with a focus on optimizing performance and efficiency

    • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the travel industry through regular travel and engagement with partners
