Location:This is a field‑based role, covering the Mazovian and Lesser Poland regions, with flexibility to work from home when not in the field.   The Opportunity  As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across your region by identifying, generating, and qualifying new sales opportunities. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met while consistently delivering on our commercial objectives. In this role, you will bring the RS Value Proposition to life – using your negotiation skills, market insight, and customer‑centric approach to create meaningful value for our clients. You will manage pricing and discount strategies in line with agreed guidelines, ensuring effective, commercially sound decision‑making. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivated by achieving results, and energized by creating long‑term partnerships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.   What You Will Be Doing Managing regular customer visits to maintain a proactive sales environment and achieve revenue and margin targets Influencing, challenging, and collaborating with sales management, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support complex customer enquiries Generating incremental revenue and safeguarding existing business by creating, qualifying, and converting sales leads Identifying and resolving issues proactively to prevent escalation Conducting accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and planning within CRM systems Ensuring all customer interactions and activities are recorded in line with business standards and processes Taking full ownership of customer needs, delivering timely solutions and exceptional service Building strong, long‑term customer relationships through effective influencing, negotiation, and value‑focused engagement Prioritising tasks and opportunities to maximise return on time and resources   What You Will Bring Experience working within industrial sectors and/or technical sales environments Strong planning, prioritisation, and time‑management skills A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A strong customer‑centric approach, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs Sound business judgement and the ability to make well‑informed commercial decisions Clear, confident thinking paired with strong communication and presentation skills Solid understanding of business models, processes, and organisational structures Fluency in Polish and upper‑intermediate English language skills   We Are RS  We’ve been solving industry problems for over 80 years.
