Description
Develop strategic commercial relationships with key accounts. Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets while managing cost of business (COB) within agreed limits. Achieve sales budgets for key accounts every quarter. Manage commercial variables: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Inventory, Margins, COB. Develop and execute joint business plans and brand/product life cycles. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years in retail channel sales; experience with department stores (Falabella, Paris, Ripley preferred). Strong knowledge of KPIs, P&L, and financial metrics. Digital commerce and omnichannel expertise. Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English).
