  • Lead E&I segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions
  • Directly manage large strategic accounts and enhance business relationship with existing customers
  • Monitor and achieve assigned annual sales target and Gross margin %.
  • Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Energy and Infrastructure segment.
  • Developing strong relationships with industry influencers and important stakeholders in driving and penetrating specifications and business development efforts.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Sales Management or experience-equivalent
  • 3-6 years working experience, preferably with proven sales B2B record preferably in construction fire protection or Oil and Gas industry
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills At least 3-6 year in the building construction related industry a) e.g. a materials’ related position in one of the major owners/engineering companies, together with a sound business acumen, and/or b) a key account management position, working for an international supplier of technical solutions to the construction industry
  • Should have worked with cross functional teams and been able to drive results
