  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation and pipeline management.Candidate with own transportation will be preferred as it will be compensated with transport allowance

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets by effectively managing the retail sales channel.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for dealer sales teams, covering retail business processes, daily operations, and customer management.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of dealer networks to provide guidance and support to sales and marketing executives.
  • Oversee administrative matters and track individual and team sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure successful task execution.
  • Prepare monthly sales and collection reports, as well as yearly budget plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contributing insights to management’s strategic decision-making process.
  • Motivate and work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.Travel may be required for regional sales activities and product meetings.
