Job Specification: Sales: Key account manager (Customer Success team)
Contract: Permanent (6-month probation)
Reporting to: Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM (Office-based, with travel as required)

· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers.

· Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
· Analyse customer data to spot trends, improve experiences, and report on performance.
· Collaborate across teams, sharing insights and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
· Represent Exel at industry events and contribute to our digital presence.
