Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Competent Sales Account Manager with experience in Digital Transformation, IT Solutions, and IT Services at InnovGen Technology Solutions LLC in Dubai, UAE. The role involves relationship and managing of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
6-8 years of relevant IT solutions and services sales experience
Account Management, and Revenue and Margin generation basis targets given
Lead Generation and Communication abilities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in digital transformation, IT solutions, or IT services sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, Analytics, and AI solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
