Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (Sales & Marketing) to oversee the strategic growth and development of WD-40’s business in Singapore. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, fostering strong relationships with key customers, and strategically planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of commercial distribution, armed with a proven track record in key account management, and a passion for building brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably having worked in channel distribution previously.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, retail operations, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license to travel across Singapore to meet customers.
