Job Description The role of Key Account Manager / Senior Search Specialist focuses on expanding Adwisen’s customer base globally, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with international companies. You will drive growth, act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey. Your responsibilities will involve managing the entire sales and business process from first contact to signed agreement. Responsibilities • Prospect and generate qualified leads globally • Build and develop long-term customer relationships • Present Adwisen’s services and advisory offerings to international companies • Manage both warm and cold clients • Work closely with other colleagues to ensure the best possible delivery and customer experience Your Profile • 3–5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role within B2B sales • Proven ability to create business opportunities and long-term relationships • Fluent in English, both spoken and written • Proactive and independent in prospecting • Strong network or ability to quickly build a relevant business network in new markets • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems Desirable • Experience in international expansion and complex service sales • Experience establishing or developing operations in new markets Adwisen Offers • Competitive fixed salary + commission • Flexible work: remote, hybrid, or at the Warsaw office • Private health insurance • Wellness allowance • On the long term, the opportunity to shape and develop a new sales dimension in the company • Collaboration with an experienced team dedicated to growth The company starts the employment with an introduction to Adwisen’s business model, services, and ways of working.
