JOB SUMMARY
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you’ll be part of the Customer Success team, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success. Your main goal? Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our client base.
Your mission is to expand our footprint within existing accounts by building strong relationships, spotting opportunities for growth, and turning insights into revenue.
You’ll own the entire process, from identifying the opportunity to closing the deal, with a strong outbound focus. This means you’ll proactively reach out to existing customers via calls and emails to start conversations, understand their needs, and book meetings that lead to expansion.
As a KAM, you’ll be responsible for identifying, creating, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our existing portfolio of customers.
