We specialize in providing extremely motivated, top-tier technical experts for our clients in medical and industrial manufacturing sectors. We serve their needs in multiple different software development projects related to embedded software, cloud computing, and Test Automation & DevOps.
We are now looking for a talented Key Account Manager to drive our consultant business to the next level and gain growth in both existing, and new clients.

Responsibilities

Sales in our client base and business is a long-lasting and persistent work that takes time and commitment. At the same time, it requires swiftness and willingness to run the extra mile when needed.

To give you fair chances of succeeding in your job, we require you to have:

  • several years of experience working in sales role in tech consulting business,
  • prior knowledge of techs used in embedded and software development in general,
  • excellent social and co-operation skills, added with practical knowledge of sales technics (e.g., Spin Selling or similar),
  • knowledge of decision making and purchasing in medical and industrial manufacturing sectors,
  • a proactive “can do” -attitude, and
  • excellent language skills in English and Finnish.

You’ll also need to understand how candidate experience is formed and be willing to contribute your best to ensure the best possible candidate experience for current and future “softies”.
