We are excited to market for our new Key Account Manager in the Food & Beverage sector for the UK & Ireland. This pivotal role is crucial for driving the company’s growth and success in this dynamic and competitive market. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and supporting a motivated sales team. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive sales experience, market knowledge, and technical expertise to deliver profitable sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with various stakeholders including Technical/Site Managers, Procurement/Purchasing functions you will play a leading role in developing key relationships and increasing our product offerings.
What you’ll be doing as a Key Account Manager
- Develop profitable sales budgets and growth across the Food & Beverage (F&B) Sector UK & Ireland
- Maintain and enhance high levels of customer relationships
- Develop and coach employees working within the F&B Sector.
- Provide technical advice, best practice, sales advice & support, product selection, business tender support (both UKI & International tenders) etc.
- Support the building and execution of the marketing and strategic sales plan
- Contribute to the overall success of the UKI F&B business by achieving budgets and profitable sales growth

- Strong Engagement skills
- Able to coach and energise Territory Account Managers within the F&B Sector.
- Local market knowledge necessary to identify key customer needs and market trends, in order to optimally position F&B versus our competition.
- Well organized and hands on individual who is capable to efficiently implement strategies within the F&B Sector and contribute on a national scale.
- Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
