THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an internal promotion, Veolia ANZ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Waste team based in Queanbeyan, ACT. As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing customer accounts, increasing revenue and services, and developing and implementing contract management strategies.
This role would suit a motivated, customer focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Work across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets
  • Ensure a continuous quality service is provided to our major client base
  • Identify and secure new business within the current portfolio
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within client business and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Ensure commitments and obligations between Veolia and its customers are effectively met, by delivering value for money outcomes and managing inherent risk
