Duties/Responsibilities: Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline Close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives Ensure all strategic and target accounts are fully aware of all products and services Resolving key client issues and complaints Anticipating key account changes and improvements Manage, grow, and retain existing key accounts Manage communications between key clients and internal teams Assist with negotiating contracts with the customer and establishing a timeline of performance Assist with the establishment, execution, and achievement of assigned customer account budgets within SRP Collaborate with the internal team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling focus programs Analyze customer data to provide customer relationship management Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training Consistently exceed assigned quota Maintain a high level of client contact at all levels within a company Benefits and Perks: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid short term disability and life insurance Paid holidays and floating holidays Flexible PTO plan 401(k) with company match Tuition Reimbursement Employees paid weekly Join us, and let’s deliver data-driven retail solutions. The gross salary range is $72,000 - $82,000 plus commission. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field or applicable experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of four years of previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals. Prior C-store experience is preferred. Ability to travel to key client locations, up to 50%. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Goal-oriented, organized team player. Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead. Self-motivated and self-directed. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and a people person. In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories. Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions. Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills. Strong computer skills, experience with CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite intermediate Excel skills. Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
