Want to work with a company who deals with cars that turn heads? Because right now at Stapletons, we’re looking for a Key Account Strategy Manager to work with our key Dealership Group clients to form tyres sales/aftersales strategies and processes.

The Day to Day

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth with Key Dealer Groups (sales performance, stock profiling, pricing, marketing, training, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts in Franchised Dealer Groups.
  • Present data, performance metrics, and recommendations during regular review meetings.
  • Manage commercial terms and accruals for assigned accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities with non-supporting Franchise Dealer Groups.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic development and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
