KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIRED!

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to support a global branding and design business that specialises in creating high-quality product labelling, packaging, and accessories for the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative global team, taking full responsibility for the allocated client’s budget and ensuring the successful delivery of sales targets and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage and nurture key relationships, support new business development, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in managing budgets and achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and cost efficiency

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for allocated clients, managing budgets and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  • Deliver and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Promote and educate clients on the full product and service offering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, purchasing, account managers) to meet client needs.
  • Manage stock levels and service agreements across global locations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports (sales vs. budget, client activity) to management.
  • Maintain accurate records using relevant systems and internal platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conduct outreach to potential clients.
  • Tailor pitches, overcome objections, and negotiate pricing with support from purchasing teams.
