Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication & I.T skills and demonstrate leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to analyse contract work orders and client requirements effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience with administration & account management at a junior level, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application, in particular Sharepoint, Word and Microsoft excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned Key Account(s) to ensure they receive top-tier service from TGM.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the work order process, advising and confirming dates, relevant documentation, and work specifications.
  • Organise necessary hired equipment and order applicable materials.
  • Liaise with mobile engineers on-site regarding any issues, additional work, and further requirements.
  • Update allocated online customer portals.
  • Review and check allocated work orders within your daily and weekly schedule, ensuring accurate completion and digital dispatch to finance.
  • Prepare quotations for minor and additional works.
  • Input and track live work orders using our designated software package.
  • Communicate the arrival of reactive work orders to the Scheduler for routing purposes.
  • Attend client meetings as required, both in-person and online.
  • Monitor and report on client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
