Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team in the courier business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field with excellent GPA grades.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the logistics or courier industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • High energy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ logistics needs and tailor solutions to upsell and meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor service level agreements and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, and marketing) to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients showcasing the benefits of our services.
  • Analyze client data and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and market insights for management.
