More about the role We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Queensland Trade Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability across the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Toowoomba region. In the role, you will: Manage and maintain customer relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors, including responsibility for supporting the project pipeline. Work within a team environment to achieve individual and state sales targets. Understand market segregation in order to maximise upon cross brand opportunities. Provide suitable Lighting and Connected solutions to end users. Manage and maintain the CRM system. Attend customer events to promote the Signify Brand. Establish high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction. Collaborate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and departments.
