Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities on the assigned territory whilst utilising product knowledge to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of each account with the territory in terms of its entire customer base and timeframes.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets as defined by the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Understand how to successfully engage customers through to a senior level by understanding their partnership needs and how best to serve them throughout a tender period.
  • Act as a conduit for our customers to access all internal or external individuals that will meet their needs to provide the best customer experience at all times.
  • Provide core product knowledge and support both pre and post tender.
  • Input to tenders on territory (positioning, appropriate solution, pricing). Review of completed tender response for accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
  • Coordinates and participates in promotional events, trade shows / conventions on territory
  • Propose solutions and innovation to better serve our customers to the wider management team as we build our success together
