Description
Description Summary: We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner and execution lead for complex, multi-market advertising programs. This role blends client management, project leadership, and campaign delivery—ensuring programs launch seamlessly, run smoothly, and deliver measurable results. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of our most complex client programs—building trusted partnerships, orchestrating seamless delivery, and driving results that fuel both client success and Valpak Clipp’s growth. This is a remote role; however, candidates must be located within the Tampa/St Petersburg area to attend quarterly in-person team meetings at our headquarters in St Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship lead for key accounts, managing day-to-day execution and long-term growth. Onboard new client business units, designing workflows and launch plans across markets. Align campaign strategies with client objectives while ensuring consistency across local and franchise markets. Lead full-cycle campaign management across print and digital channels, from planning to delivery. Oversee direct mail print production operations, coordinating timelines, inventory, and quality standards with internal teams and vendors. Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to clients and leadership. Partner across Sales, Creative, Production, Supply Chain, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Support sales strategy by advising on campaign execution, product capabilities, and operational logistics. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure financial accuracy in forecasting, billing, and fulfillment. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, MIS or equivalent work experience in a business support, or technical team role. Previous experience as an account manager, project manager, or product specialist in a media advertising agency or related field preferred. What we're looking for: 5+ years in strategic account management, preferably with national clients in advertising or media. Knowledge of direct mail print production operations, including workflows, supply chain, and vendor management. Proven experience managing complex, multi-market programs and onboarding new client units. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance competing priorities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and project management/workflow design tools. #LI-PW1
