Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To deliver sustainable volume and margin growth by managing key account customers across the Vending and Beverages segment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets are central to this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for key account customers (e.g. coffee roasters, vending operators, distributors) in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Responsibility for results and achieving KPI targets for assigned customers
  • Expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and exploiting growth potential and acquiring new customers
  • Conducting contract negotiations and implementing price adjustments
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Forecasting, budget planning, and continuous control
  • Coordinating collaboration with other departments at an international level
  • Representation of the company at events amd fairs
  • Market and competitor monitoring
