In this role, You will oversee a significant portfolio of primary pharmacy accounts across Western Melbourne and surrounding regions.   This is a position for a commercially minded professional who thrives on autonomy. You aren't just a supplier; you are a trusted advisor helping Pharmacy Owners navigate market shifts, data insights, and brand transitions to ensure their long-term profitability.   What You Will Do:  Drive margin growth across a dedicated portfolio of 120–150 primary accounts to maximize long-term account value. Leverage CRM data and internal analytics to conduct strategic business reviews and ROIC modelling. Guide independent pharmacies through seamless transitions into optimal brand or banner groups. Lead complex negotiations as a senior escalation point, protecting profitability while securing long-term loyalty. Optimise your schedule with 1–2 days of high-level reporting balanced by strategic field visits and regional travel.   What We Are Looking For: Commercial & Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex financial and retail data into clear, actionable business cases for your customers. Resilient Negotiator: You have the professional confidence to manage expectations and hold firm on commercial boundaries without damaging the partnership. Tech Literate: You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Intermediate Excel) and comfortable using tools like Salesforce as your "single source of truth" for data. Proactive & Autonomous: You don’t rely on a rigid call cycle. You identify opportunities, set your own priorities, and take full ownership of your territory’s success. Experienced: You have a proven track record in multi-dimensional sales or retail management.
