The Opportunity
We are strengthening our Nordic Key Account team and looking for highly-skilled Key Account Manager to join our team! In this position you will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and report to Retail Enterprise; Head of Regions Germany & Nordics. Your overarching responsibility is to successfully take ownership of some of our most valuable customers as well as bringing in new customers to the company. With our acquiring, PSP and value adding services you deliver sales and customer growth towards our targets.
You will work actively with multiple stakeholders and have a key role ensuring that we are delivering the most customer focused payment experience in the industry, so that we can continue to be recognized as the leading payment provider in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure that new customers are implemented and integrated swiftly and effortless.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products, services and solutions addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Ensure growth through cross selling activities to an existing customer portfolio
  • Actively prospect and engage towards new business opportunities among prospective retailers in Sweden and the Nordics
  • Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and account acquisition strategies
  • If not already, become a professional in payments and actively drive leadership in payments
