WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional with a passion for business growth and client success. You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in key account management and new business development within payments, banking, or financial services.
  • A strong track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing new deals.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and fintech solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Soft Skills:

    • High-energy, proactive mind-set with a Hunter attitude for developing new opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and an consultative approach to client dialogues.
  • Resilience, resilience, and adaptability in evolving market conditions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German and Luxembourgish are advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Perform regular on-site visits across Luxembourg.
