REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets)
· Ability to create product training presentations using PowerPoint and / or Canva
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in an administrative, customer service, or account support role (preferred)
· Comfortable working with data and systems to support logistical processes
· A team player with a can-do attitude who enjoys learning new

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

· Experience working with order fulfillment or logistics processes
· Familiarity with Intuit Quickbooks and CRM systems

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position supports the successful execution of customer programs and key account operations. You’ll play a central role in setting up and maintaining program spreadsheets that drive order set-up, shipping, and fulfillment, while also handling a variety of administrative and office duties. You’ll be the backbone of our customer service and internal coordination efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Set up and manage program tracking spreadsheets to support order processing, inventory planning, shipping, and fulfillment
· Provide administrative support to key account managers, including data entry, reporting, and documentation
· Maintain organized and accurate records of customer programs, orders, and communications
· Coordinate with internal and 3rd party teams (logistics, warehouse, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and programs
· Handle day-to-day communication with key account customers, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Assist with preparation of presentations, program & sales reports, and customer updates
· Support office operations with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and supplies management
· Help identify process improvements and contribute to a culture of efficiency and quality service
