Responsibilities

PRIMARY ROLE

Working within your designated sector sales team, you will deliver business initiatives to increase our customer engagement, enhance customer satisfaction levels and advance our client portfolio.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To manage all inbound sales enquiries from e-mail and phone enquiries for your business sectors.
· To qualify in or out new sales leads and industry channels.
· To conduct market research and investigative qualification to identify commercial opportunities.
· To manage all enquires to opportunities with Sales Force.
· To accurately calculate costings for the products requested for your business sectors.
· To produce and deliver professional quotes to the customers.
· To log all quotes raised and sent on Sales Force.
· To provide a completed information pack including the customer’s order to the Technical Team for review and processing.
· To manage the customer requirements and expectations for the assigned business sectors.
· To cover holiday and sickness periods within your sales team.
· To feedback to the SLT on barriers to sales.
· To collate and record competitor information from client communication and research.
