Approximately 3 to 5 years of corporate sales experience handling automotive materials or chemical products at a manufacturer or trading company. Having business experience related to BIW, Interior, NVH, or JOEM/OES is preferred but not mandatory. Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills required to accomplish daily tasks. [Mindset / Competencies] A strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and deliver end results. Ability to understand requirements and act autonomously to achieve goals.
