JOB OVERVIEW

QNAP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to accelerate our expansion in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large enterprise or government accounts and ideally bring a strong network of existing clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored solutions to major clients

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, storage, networking, or cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts or government contracts.
  • Strong network in the Canadian public sector or enterprise market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic key accounts in enterprise, government, or public sector
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Customize QNAP solutions to meet clients IT infrastructure and data management needs
  • Collaborate with technical and channel teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on products, services, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and fostering long-term partnerships.
