Description Crystal Creamery is currently looking for a Key Account Sales Manager – Bay Area is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding distribution, and elevating strategic customer engagement within a high-visibility Bay Area territory. This position serves as the primary business owner for key regional and national retail accounts, leading long-range account strategy, driving execution of commercial initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities that advance Crystal Creamery’s category leadership and revenue objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of assigned major retail accounts Develop, negotiate, and execute annual joint business plans aligned with enterprise-level priorities Drive pricing strategy, promotional architecture, item setup, and commercialization of innovation Deliver executive-ready business reviews, leveraging insights to inform strategy and corrective action Identify and secure incremental distribution, merchandising expansion, and in-store growth opportunities Oversee field execution performance across the Bay Area to ensure operational excellence Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Demand Planning to ensure seamless execution Support category leadership initiatives including reviews, resets, and new item presentations Maintain regular travel throughout the Bay Area, with periodic visits to company headquarters Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 3–7 years of progressive experience in CPG sales, retail sales, or key account management Experience managing major grocery or West Coast retail accounts strongly preferred Demonstrated strength in negotiation, executive communication, and analytical decision-making Ability to balance strategic account leadership with hands-on field execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Ability to operate autonomously and manage frequent travel Valid driver’s license required Crystal Creamery is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
