COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a leading FMCG company specializing in household products, seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to drive growth and manage relationships with major supermarket chains across Dubai and the UAE.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to manage and expand our presence in Dubai’s competitive retail landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major supermarket chains including Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, Spinneys, Union Coop, and other leading retail outlets.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales with focus on key account management
  • Proven track record working with major supermarket chains in the UAE/GCC region
  • Strong experience in household products, personal care, or consumer goods categories
  • Experience managing accounts with annual revenues of AED 10+ million

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising and category management principles
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management
