Role Overview
Responsible for acting as the primary contact for internal and external customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As Key Account Sales Support, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to answer customer inquiries, build solid relationships, and create a positive experience for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with incoming phone calls and e-mails, enter orders and provide quotations in a professional and timely manner in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Develop strong relationships by handling every aspect of the customer journey, including order entry, price and delivery, order status, returns, credits, expedites, technical support, and complaint resolution.
  • Support customers with any technical queries by working with the Technical teams
  • Take initiative to seek answers, raise concerns, work quickly and efficiently to satisfy all customer issues and requests.
  • Use relevant business information to proactively manage customer orders ensuring they are delivered on time and in full.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to a more senior representative where necessary to ensure that customer and company expectations are met
