Description
Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with laboratory directors, pathologists, clinical chemists, microbiologists, and KOLs. Identify, lead, and drive to successful completion clinical evaluation and academic collaboration projects based on company products, ensuring they meet the expected objectives. Support design and execution of product clinical performance studies in collaboration with Clinical/R&D teams. Support publication activities (abstracts, posters, manuscripts) and scientific congress submissions. Act as a bridge between field needs and internal teams, capturing insights on customer pain points (TAT, throughput, automation, connectivity, QC/EQA, staffing) and translating them into actionable recommendations. Support tender or project responses, customer proposals, and implementations with workflow narratives, validation plans, and scientific rationale (as appropriate and compliant). Own clinical-market insights for assigned disease areas and testing segments (e.g., Hematology, immunoassays, clinical chemistry). Translate clinical guidelines, patient pathways, and laboratory workflows into clear value propositions and go-to-market priorities.   Requirements: At least MD, PhD, MSc and preferably in Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Pathology or related fields. At least 15 years in laboratory medicine/clinical diagnostics, clinical affairs, medical affairs, applications. Hands-on experience in one or more lab disciplines: clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, coagulation, or microbiology, experience with method evaluation frameworks and standards (e.g., CLSI EP/GP documents). Experience in supporting product launches, field training, or reference site programs. Publication/presentation record at laboratory medicine conferences. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit. Scrupulous to handle internal/external work with high efficiency. Strong ability to withstand stress. Adapt to foreign company culture.
