We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and commercially focused Key Account Specialist to support the management of our Modern Trade customers. This role plays a critical part in executing commercial plans, driving strong customer relationships, and ensuring the flawless implementation of agreements and promotional activities. You will collaborate closely with Key Account, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Sales teams to deliver results that support growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Support the creation, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements for retailers in collaboration with the Group Key Account Manager. Fully manage designated national retail accounts and act as the main point of contact. Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to close and execute agreements with regional/local retailers. Participate in designing annual promo packs, tailormade activities, and retailer-specific visibility plans (leaflets, in-store activations, TV exposure). Negotiate in-store visibility to maximize product exposure. Act as the key liaison between Key Accounts and Field Sales to ensure perfect execution of agreed activities. Monitor stock allocation for promo SKUs, track sell-in, and manage daily ordering to avoid out-of-stock situations. Analyze customer and market data (PowerBI, SAP, Nielsen) to generate insights that support category growth and improve performance. Support the development and execution of Sales Plans and Joint Value Creation Plans for assigned retailers. Manage e-retail operations for designated accounts (content accuracy, promo execution, stock replenishment). Propose distribution expansion, support new product launches, and identify category opportunities based on market trends. Provide clear reporting on customer performance, promo effectiveness, and results to enable data-driven commercial decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG and particularly in retail or Modern Trade environments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand shopper behavior and customer needs. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical capability with proficiency in insights generation. High level of comfort with digital tools: MS Office, Power BI, SAP. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Fluency in Greek and English.
