Description

Cerapie Pharma is a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer dedicated to improving patient health through innovative and life-changing medicines. Due to our expansion in the Middle East, we are urgently requiring 3 full-time Key Account Specialists to be located in the UAE, Oman, and Kuwait.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Vet, Life Sciences or similar).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within the designated country, with a proven history of managing key accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including market access, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for designated key accounts to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and other crucial stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related activities.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, providing in-depth product information, clinical data, and educational presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats. Adapt strategies to ensure our competitive advantage.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure a unified and effective approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities and sales practices adhere to international and local regulations, as well as our company’s ethical standards and policies.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and key initiatives to management.
