QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success; experience in fintech, tech, or startups strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving quotas
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong project management abilities

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Key Account Specialist to support our rapidly growing Dental vertical. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 300–400 Key Accounts (primarily large DSOs) and will be responsible for driving usage, growth, and retention of Sunbit services across your assigned practices.
The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship-builder with strong communication skills and a passion for enabling success through data-driven insights and partnership. This role will require proactive, remote engagement with dental practices at all levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and align business goals with partner needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and decision-makers—to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering value-added solutions and resolving concerns promptly to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Track account KPIs and metrics to assess health, uncover risks, and implement strategic interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to craft and execute account-specific growth strategies.Conduct regular virtual check-ins and engagement efforts to strengthen partnerships and expand product adoption.
