An exciting opportunity to join the Dealership Division of the UK’s leading tyre distributor. You’ll be working with our key Dealer Group clients to form tyres sales/aftersales strategies and processes by focusing on key areas such as sales performance and process, stock profiling and retail pricing analysis, marketing/B2C, training, API/system integration, B2B platforms and incentive programmes, etc.
This role is advertised as £50,000 per annum OTE £60,000.
The Day to Day

A senior-level opportunity in the Dealership Division of the UK’s leading tyre distributor. The role involves working with key Dealership Group clients to develop tyre sales and aftersales strategies, focusing on:

  • Sales performance & process
  • Stock profiling & pricing analysis
  • Marketing/B2C
  • Training
  • API/system integration
  • B2B platforms & incentives

Ideal for:

  • Senior aftersales managers (Motor Industry)
  • Senior Key Account Managers (other industries)
  • Candidates with sales, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, & data analysis skills

Jointly responsible (with the Dealership Sales Manager) for sales turnover.

Who we’re looking for

  • Develop & implement sales strategies with Key Dealer Groups.
  • Build senior relationships within Franchised Dealer Groups.
  • Present performance insights & improvement plans at regular review meetings.
  • Analyse & report data to identify focus areas & drive business growth.
  • Manage commercial terms & accruals for assigned accounts.
  • Strengthen internal & external relationships for business success.
  • Secure new business from non-supporting Dealer Groups.
  • Resolve customer & supplier concerns, ensuring high service standards.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic growth of the Dealership Division.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, training & joint visits as required.
