Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Key Account Trade Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop annual trade plans & Promotions with key chains • Negotiate and manage Chain contracts & in-store marketing activities agreements. • Coordinate joint business plans and chain promotions. • Track ROI, sales uplift, and visibility performance. • Ensure consistent brand execution across all stores • Lead Chain Merch Team to execute Planogram • Executes CATMAN Initiatives To optimize Product visibility & Category performance • Analyze Customers Sales out data to generate insights that drive sales performance & identify opportunities. • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams. • Lead execution of activations and sampling campaigns. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. • 4–6 years in FMCG/Pharma Key Account management or trade marketing. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with business acumen.
Responsibilities
The Key Account Trade Marketing Lead will develop annual trade plans and promotions with key chains, negotiate contracts, and track sales performance. They will also ensure consistent brand execution and lead the Chain Merch Team to optimize product visibility.
